The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation:
- A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

Subcontractors: Tenderers can use the capacity of other companies for this contract to fulfil the contract and professional qualification, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-5.
If a tenderer will use the capacity of other companies to fulfil the qualification requirements, shall document that they can use the necessary resources, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-10, in the form of a commitment statement.
In addition separate ESPD forms shall be submitted for the relevant sub-suppliers.

Documentation:
Overview and description of relevant assignments within similar disciplines. The overview must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel at their disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have provided services for another service provider.
Tenderers can rely on others to fulfil this qualification requirement.

Examples of measures that may be relevant in this context are: if an environmentally responsible person has been appointed, there is a waste system that contributes to increased source sorting and material recovery, responsibility is taken when purchasing (production, transport, recycling etc.).

- If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, eco-lighthouse programme or equivalent certifications, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a valid certificate.
