Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Sel, Skjåk and Vågå municipalities intend to enter into a framework agreement for interpretation services and translator services. The procurement is for the provision of such services to the participating municipalities' different entities.
The agreement can include turn-out interpretation, remote interpreters, document interpreters and translators. Historically, the need has been clearly greatest for remote interpretations.
A framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for each contracting authority to extend one or more times for up to a further two years, total maximum 4 years.

Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Norge. Alternative: If a tenderer does not have a rating at Bisnode, the tenderer may alternatively enclose annual accounts from the last two years. The accounts must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, the economic and financial capacity can be documented by presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
