Oslo kommune v/ Helseetaten

Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Health invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of interpretation services.
The Agency for Health consists of, amongst other things, the municipal emergency doctor surgeries, municipal dental health service, as well as a number of other municipal health services. The Agency has approx. 1100 employees and a net operating budget of approx. NOK 1 billion.
In order to provide Oslo inhabitants with good services, the Agency for Health needs interpreters in some situations. We therefore intend to enter a framework agreement with three to five tenderers of interpretation services.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
• Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
A credit evaluation/rating, not older than three months, based on the last known fiscal figures. A rating shall be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
An overview of the most important services of that the tenderer has carried out during the last three years, together with information about the contract value, date of delivery or execution and name of the recipient.
A description of how the tenderer ensures that the offered interpreters have the required qualifications (minimum level C). The description must be a maximum of one A4 page.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Experience from equivalent contracts is required.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.
