We need to procure office furniture such as flat-packed furniture, office chairs, environmental furniture and furnishings, including textiles and interior such as curtains, carpets, sound absorbents, etc., including to facilitate functioning office workplaces for all employees.
Tenderers are required to offer both the procurement of new furniture and leasing so that there is flexibility when changing or moving to new areas/premises.
This procurement is divided into two sub-contracts as follows:
• Sub-contract 1 - procurement and leasing of new furniture
Estimated value NOK 52 million over a four year period.
• Sub-contract 2 - procurement of second hand furniture
Estimated value NOK 1.6 million over a four year period.
The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 2 years, one year at a time.
