The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement for archive extracts from municipal case processing and subject systems as well as file areas. Archive extracts from systems based on the NOARK standard, professional systems without the NOARK archive core and file areas / SharePoint areas will be relevant. The archive extracts shall be from systems that are being phased out, with the intention of depositing the archive extract to the municipality's digital depot and migrating the archive extract to the municipality's central common archive core.
The objective of the archive extracts is to fulfil the need and requirements for long-term preservation of archives, and to ensure continued availability and use of historical data when phasing out systems and file servers.
Asker municipality will deposit a copy of the archive extract at its supplier of digital depot, and the extract will be tested there with the test tool Arkade 5. Most of the extracts shall also be migrated into the municipality's central archive core for internal search and inquiry. Deposit to digital depot and import to the archive core is not part of this agreement.
