Kort beskrivelse
The main aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for the planning, organisation, and implementation of national (Norwegian participants) and international (Norwegian and foreign participants) conferences. The contract will cover both physical, digital, and hybrid events. The services include all consultancy services that naturally belong to arranging conferences, including preparing a plan proposal, booking premises/catering/entertainment, etc., establishing contact and cooperation with the affected authorities in Norway and abroad, as well as preparations and administrative assignments for holding the conferences. A parallel framework agreement will be signed with two tenderers for two years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year, total four years. The value of the procurement is approx. NOK 25 million to NOK 30 million excluding VAT for a period of four years.
