Content in online-based competence package for professional digital competence for teachers, school leaders and school owners

The competence package is a measure to support counties, municipalities and schools within the discipline of digital competence. The measure is described in the digitalisation strategy for basic education as well as the Action Plan for Digitalisation in Basic Education (hereafter called the action plan). The competence package is one of multiple measures in the action plan and must therefore be seen in relation to the plan’s other measures.
After and continuing education offers must be relevant for the teachers, school leaders and school owners, the tenders must be adapted to the technology-rich environments in the school and facilitate good collaboration with providers. In the action plan, we are encourage to both develop new competence packages and further develop the existing competence packages within the school sector.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Production of further support resources for udir.no, which are not covered by the content of the competence package. These resources can be support in each subject or support across subjects and subject areas.
Extension of the assignment´s length for up to two years.
The option's value is limited to NOK 2 million excluding VAT.
We ask that tenderers describe how such an additional assignment can be carried out and financed.
The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training will decide whether to take up the option by 01.06.2022.
