The Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (HK-dir) is legally responsible for immigrants being able to document their knowledge and abilities in Norwegian and social knowledge in a safe, fair, and proper way.
HK-dir hereby invites relevant suppliers to apply for inclusion in a competitive dialogue for the procurement of a trial system that will ensure that the Norwegian, social knowledge, and citizen test can be provided safely, efficiently, and of high quality. The competitive dialogue is in accordance with section 13-2 of the Public Procurement Regulations
