NAV Tiltak Oslo, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in a contest in connection with procurement of Service and office (AMO) [Labour Market Training] - Oslo. The procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Act, dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 August 2016, no. 974 (PPR) with any later amendments. This procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulation Part I and IV. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify and negotiate with the tenderers to the degree that the contracting authority finds it appropriate. The contracting authority is planning to hold negotiations in this competition. If negotiations are held on the parts of the offers that are of importance for how the tender scores on the award criteria, the selection of suppliers for negotiation will be made after an assessment on the basis of the award criteria .

The objective of all labour market training courses is that they shall contribute to the job applicants being qualified for vacant positions. The service shall provide the target group training/qualifications for the stated subject area.
The main goal of the measure is to get the participants relevant work during or in connection with the measure. The measure will give the participants competence that qualifies for service and office jobs. The participants will be able to provide good service at their future workplace, whether it is to colleagues internally in the business or externally to customers/users of the business.

The measure will qualify the participants through theory instruction in service and office subjects and work experience. By completing the course the participants will also have knowledge of working life and the labour market, as well as job searching.
