Nordre Follo Kommune

Nordre Follo Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer for interpretation services. The contracting authority reserves the right to use other suppliers if the tenderer in the framework agreement cannot offer the required language.
Nordre Follo Municipality is always changing and developing, which can lead to changes in the need for services (languages) in this framework agreement. Tenderers must therefore understand that the framework agreement is dynamic and can change in line with this development in the contract period.
The framework agreement will apply for all of Nordre Follo Municipality. The contracting authority uses interpreters in conversations with users in health centres and the school health service, conversations with psychologists, the educational psychology service (PPT), in connection with the settlement of new refugees, primary and secondary schools, visits to the doctor/hospital, the dental service, children and youths involved in care proceedings, responsibility group meetings, NAV's Accounting Department, etc.

Scope
There are several factors that can affect the scope. The implementation of, amongst other things, the Interpretation Act, will involve an increased focus on the use of interpreters. In addition, developments in general immigration to Norway can affect the need for interpreters. It is therefore difficult to estimate a correct value

of the contract.
The total value is estiamted to be betwen NOK 6 million and NOK 8 million excluding VAT for four years (2+1+1).
The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value for the contract period is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The contracting authority will clarify what type of assignment is needed when an order is placed for interpretation services.

The delivery place for the services will be in all entities in Nordre Follo Municipality.
