The client's purpose with the contract is to have access to translation services. This can concern legal texts, regulations, directives, guidelines, instructions, technical specifications, reports, brochures, websites, etc. Text that will be translated are professional texts or general texts of varying length, everything from entire publications to short texts in brochures, websites, announcements etc. It is required that the translations of law and regulation texts, contracts, etc. are conducted by a licensed translator.

This concerns legal texts, regulations, directives, guidelines, instructions,technical specifications, reports, brochures, websites etc. within the Client's area of responsibility. The texts that shall be translated are specialised texts or general texts with varying length, from entire publications to short texts in brochures, web sites, advertisements, etc. It is required that the translations of law and regulation texts, contracts, etc. are conducted by a licensed translator. The assignments may have short deadlines.

The framework agreement will cover the following categories:
Category A: English, French, Spanish, German, Polish, Sami and other languages as well as language vetting and proofreading Norwegian texts.
Category B: New Norwegian
Tenders can be submitted for only category A, only category B or both category A and B. In the tender letter template, tenderers must state which categories the tender covers.

Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: Tenderers must have experience from equivalent deliveries.

Overview of up to five of the tenderer's primary deliveries during the last 3 years. It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
