Water and frost protection, the technical buildings and other installations will be part of the next contract. Road 22100 is to be constructed on Kvitsøy as a two-lane road with a pavement from pr 100 at Hellesøy for approx. 1650 m, as well as a new junction with the existing county road 4692. The cutting for the tunnel, including ditches, must be blasted and the matter removed. From pr 100 on road 22100 a temporary road is to be constructed to profile 335 on road 18000 in a tunnel. An intermin road past the cutting must also be constructed. Three bridges cast on site are to be constructed with a breadth of 11 m. The bridges have the following lengths:

Tenderers must be a legally established company or consist of a group of suppliers who are legally established companies. The requirement also applies to business that the tenderer relies on. Documentation requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following work:
1) Construction of tunnels for transport based on blasting and rock securing, as well as experience with rock injection;
2) Road construction;
3) Bridge construction;
4) Large sea fillings.
Tenderers must have experience from the execution of the works, it is not sufficient that the tenderer only has experience from managing the sub-contractors’ execution. If the tenderer only has experience from managing sub-contractors, the tenderer must rely on other companies that have the necessary experience from execution of the relevant works, see more detailed information in B2 point 4.1. NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised Tenderers must have a system that shows that they work pro-actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (HMS), with relevance for equivalent work to that included in this competition. The system will be subject to periodic review. Tenderers and their central contract facilitators ought to have an average H2 value lower than 12 for the last 3 years. If the H2 value is higher than 12, an account must be given of the development tendency of the H2 value.
