NAV Tiltak Oslo shall enter into a framework agreements for the labour market initiative career guidance with practice.
Career guidance with practice is a group-based follow-up measure that shall provide assistance to initiative participants who start working quickly, but who need more comprehensive assistance in the job search process than NAV Oslo's job search courses give.
Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept.
