Kort beskrivelse:

Tensio intends to procure a case and archive system that best fulfils the requirements we have regarding functionality, quality, usability and user experience. The procured system must contribute to solving our case management assignments and projecting.

The main aim is to support Tensio's core processes within administrative case management and archive requirements in accordance with the current laws and regulations. The system must support the digitalisation of processes and make them more efficient for the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of the case portfolio. It must be possible to integrate the archive core with the group's other trade systems for case management.

The system must support the Noark 5 standard or equivalent if documentation is provided as to how the system guarantees the validity of long term storage, as well as extractions and supply of data.

The system must have temporary or final Noark 5 certification from the National Archival Services of Norway at the latest 12 months after the production date (4 weeks after a certified CAT test).

A copy of the self-declaration form and the National Archival Services of Norway's certification, or temporary certification, must be attached if it is available.

It can be sufficient for Tensio that a tenderer delivers a system with only one Noark 5 core, certified or planned certification within 12 months of implementation at Tensio.

The system must be integrated at Tension by the end of October 2021.

Further information on the purpose and scope of the procurement is in Annex 1 of the contract, which is attached to the notice, as well as the appendix to Annex 1.

The project is subject to approval by the Board at the contracting authority. If the project does not receive the necessary approval from the company's governing bodies, the contest will be cancelled.
