Molde kommune

The contracting authority is planning a tender contest for a framework agreement with 1 tenderer who can cover the continuous need for various types of interpretation services. The procurement includes both written translations (small amount) and oral interpretation assignments. The basic language subject to interpretation is to/from Norwegian.
Users of this agreement will be in several disciplines where the municipalities, the refugee service in the municipalities are the main users and coordinate much of the use of the agreement. The agreement shall also be used by services such as:
— child welfare services (inter-municipal cooperation, where Molde Municipality is the host municipality);
— health clinics;
— schools;
— nurseries;
— family doctors;
— the fire cooperation NORBR.
The list is not complete.
Option:
The centre for battered women in Molde and the surrounding area have a small need for interpreting services and can enter into the agreement.

Kort beskrivelse:
The agreement shall mainly include (ranked in accordance with requirements):
— interpretation services via telephone;
— interpretation services via video links;
— simultaneous interpretation;
— attendance interpretation.
The scope and duration of the assignments vary. The interpretation services must be provided to all units in the municipalities. Statistics for 2019 show the following distribution of interpretation assignments per municipality:
Aukra Municipality, total 263 assignments:
— translation 2,
— telephone 261.
Molde Municipality, total 2,135 assignments:
— telephone 2 130.
Rauma Municipality, total 350 assignments:
— telephone 348.
Total number of interpretation hours: 2 282.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 4 500 000 NOK 💰
