In the framework period, the portfolio of projects is anticipated to be higher than what NTNU has capacity for. The majority of call-offs are anticipated to come from NTNU IT, but other IT units in NTNU will be able to make call-offs on the framework agreement.

The contracting authority will use the Government's Standard Contracts, the Framework Agreement (SSA-R) for this procurement. Mini-contests will be held for calls-offs/procurements on the framework agreements, see point 1.1.6 as well as Annex 2.
The contracting authority will choose the most suitable SSA contract for each call-off on this contract. The contracting authority believes that SSA-B and SSA-O, latest version will be the most relevant.

Per 2019, the contracting authority is located in Trondheim, Gjøvik and Ålesund. It is anticipated that the majority of call-offs will be in Trondheim. Tenderers must reckon on working in the contracting authority's premises.

The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
