This is to include quality of the interpreter, operation and development of the booking portal, as well as process connected to the coordination of bookings. It is also to include processes connected to the establishment and development of policies and methodology for the optimisation of HR and others who are connected to the recruitment/staffing of interpretation resources, a set-up for qualification, establishment of professional subject elements, establishment and operation of a relevant portfolio of interpreters and other functions related to the interpreters.
