Kristiansand kommune

New Kristiansand Municipality requests tenders for the delivery of a cloud service for a freestanding archive core that is certified in accordance with the National Archives of Norway's requirements for Noark 5.
The cloud service will be used for taking care of historical data from data sources in Kristiansand, Søgne and Songdalen, as well as taking care of data from systems in the new Kristiansand Municipality that requires a freestanding archive core for daily archiving.
In addition to the ongoing delivery of the cloud service with a secure zone, the procurement also includes the delivery of an access system, as well as consultancy services for extractions and the establishment of integration with selected systems.
SSA-L, December 2018 version, with annexes, will apply as the contract terms.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract duration will be 3 years calculated from the delivery day. The contract will then be automatically renewed for one year at a time, cf. SSA-L, point 5.1.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
(i); option for the migration of one or several of 30 concrete systems; and
(ii), option for the migration and/or integration of further systems categorised according to system complexity; and
(iii), option for a licence for an access system beyond one year; and
(iv), option for various further services.
The estimated value is non-binding for the Contracting Authority and carries no rights for the tenderer.
Tenderers must assume that annual call-offs will be subject to significant uncertainty.
