Skaun kommune

The municipalities of Skaun, Melhus and Midtre Gauldal have entered into a partnership contract to implement a joint procurement of a new case processing system for the Byggesakskontorene [the Building Applications Offices] in the 3 municipalities based on KS’ production specification eByggesak [Electronic building applications].
Skaun is participating in the contracting authority’s project group for the procurement, but has chosen to hold-off on the procurement of an Electronic Building application. The procurement will be implemented so that each of the 2 cooperation municipalities of Melhus and Midtre Gauldal will be able to sign individual contracts with the same service provider for the establishment of, and ongoing service delivery of a building applications case processing system.
The municipalities’ general common goal for the procurement is expressed as follows: everyday life is simplified for residents, businesses and municipalities' case workers through more efficient and socio-economic building application management.
