The tenderer shall submit a certificate of registration or register transcript (sole proprietorships) from the Central Coordinating Register of Legal Entities.
Tax certificates:
Norwegian tenderers must submit a tax certificate for value-added tax, taxes and social contributions (Norwegian suppliers: form RF-1316). The tax certificates must not be older than six (6) months calculated from expiry of the closing date for submission of tenders.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
Self-declaration of sufficient knowledge by tendered personnel prior to departure to high-risk areas.
When traveling to high-risk areas the client requires that consultants have the necessary knowledge of first aid and stress management (as well as personal security in some cases) prior to departure. The tenderer must therefore confirm that the tendered consultants, who will travel to high-risk areas, will meet these requirements prior to departure. It is the duty of the supplier (employer’s liability) to ensure this. This shall be confirmed in the letter of tender.
