The municipalities, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, extend an invitation to participate in a competition with negotiations in connection with the procurement of case management systems and archive core.
Qualified tenderers will be able to submit tenders for:
— Lot 1 case management systems; and/or
— Lot 2 archive core.

The objective of the process is to procure case management systems and archive core for the Contracting Authority. A more detailed description of the delivery is in Annex 1 in SSA-L.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

Planned start for the contract(s) is October 2019.

The contract(s) will be valid for 3 (three) years from the commencement date. The contract(s) will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless the Contracting Authority gives 3 (three) months notice prior to the renewal date. The tenderer has the option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.
