Procurement of ICT Operational Services for Marker Municipality

Marker kommune

Marker Municipality currently operates ICT services itself, but we would now like to outsource most of the operations to an external supplier. The municipality intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can run and quality assure all the ICT services.
The contract is for 3 years. The contract will be automatically renewed for 1 year at a time unless notice is given by one of the parties.
The contract includes options for further operational and additional services.

The other operational services and additional services that tenderers could offer, cf. Annex 7 of the contract, will be options that the Contracting Authority can choose to procure if there is a need for operational services beyond those that are included in ordinary operations, or if there is a need for additional services in accordance with the general contract text, point 2.2.4.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

— Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must document experience from comparable assignments. The requirement will be assessed jointly for the main tenderer and any sub-supplier(s).
Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the services that are to be provided.
