Arendal kommune

Arendal and Tvedestrand municipalities shall enter into a joint framework agreement for interpretation services. In recent years, 1 800 interpretation assignments have been carried out per year within municipal organisations in Arendal and approx. 300 interpretation assignments in Tvedestrand.
Municipal organisations that need interpreters includes: health centres, general practitioners, child welfare, adult education, NAV, crisis centre, accident and emergency units, schools, nursery schools, care institutions etc.
The municipalities’ different organisations have different needs in relation to interpreter methods (telephone, in person, written translation). In some circumstances emergency assignments may be relevant.
The procurement value is estimated to be: 1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. For further information refer to part 2 of the requirement specification.

Lots and alternative tenders.
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, and has determined that it is most appropriate to have a framework agreement for interpretation services.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 2 extensions, each for 12 months.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-3) Other economic and financial requirements: economic and financial position.
Requirements regarding the tenderer's economic and financial position: the financial capacity to fulfill the contract is required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-4) Requirements related to the tenderer's technical /professional qualifications.
Good experience from equivalent assignments /deliveries is required. This means assignments of corresponding nature, complexity and degree of difficulty.
