Gjesdal Municipality has decided to develop the regulated residential area Kodlidalen area F, plan 1122_201705.

The area consists of roads, footpaths and paths, green areas and play areas, sanitation installations and plots. The plots are split between detached plots and concentrated dense development with elements of low-rise buildings for a total of up to 200 units.

The contract work will roughly summarised consist of the following:

— clearing vegetation and clearing,

— mass haulage and load up of bog,

— blasting and removal of rock,

— crushing and sorting blasted rock — optional in accordance with the NS3420 description,

— levelling and facilitation of plots,

— excavation and blasting ditches for water and sewage pipelines and cables,

— laying pipes for water and sewage, with dimensions up to Ø1200 mm,

— development of manholes, inlet and outlet arrangement,

— laying cables and assembly of light masts,

— establishment of loose stone walls,

— development of roads, pavements and footpaths,

— development of play areas, steps and green areas,

— casting flood paths and steps,

— plot work.

Varighet: 14 måneder

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The intention is to transfer options for plot work to those who purchase the plots. In addition to local turnkey contractors and development companies, some of those who purchase a plot (mainly in Gjesdal Municipality's part of the project) will be private persons. Any disadvantages of such a division are clarified and further illustrated in the chapter for rigging and operation.
