Viken County shall procure a complete case/archive system, based on Noark 5, with archive functionality and functions for general case management, and meeting and committee processing functionalities. The system must allow further development in accordance with national requirements and user needs.
The case/archive system must be in operation in the new county from 15.11.2019.
Viken County will have a total of approx. 10 000 employees. Approx. 2 000 of these employees are expected to be active users of the system.
