Fjellinjen´s areas of priority in 2018 include, amongst other things, digitalisation, automation and efficiency. We would like RPA and Chat bot technology to be seamlessly integrated in our value chain so that individual assignments can be handled efficiently by a robot. This will mean that our customer advisors have more time for important tasks such as customer care, increasing the value of the customer relationship and handling more complicated and comprehensive difficult cases.

Kort beskrivelse:
In 2017, Fjellinjen carried out a pilot where 2 RPAs were integrated in our value chain. These currently handle approx. 3000 events a month, divided between 4 processes. We would like these processes to be run, hosted and further developed in 2018.
In addition to this, Fjellinjen would like to implement a Chat bot, which shall give us the option of expanding our opening hours on Chat, as well as enable us to handle events without using human resources. A combination of Chat bot on the front line with the customer and RPA in the background will mean that we can handle events seamlessly in a cost efficient way from A to Z without using valuable human resources.

In the future, we would like Fjellinjen´s customer services to be characterised by innovation, efficient operation and happy customers. We believe that automation and robotisation will help us with this.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract period will be 2-two years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority can extend the contract for 2 option periods of 1 — one year. The extension will be taken up in writing at the latest 3 months before the contract expires.

In such case, the contracting authority has the right to give 6 months written notice on the contract throughout the entire contract period, also when taking up options. The contracting authority can extend the contract for 2 option periods of 1 — one year. The extension will be taken up in writing at the latest 3 months before the contract expires.
