The aim of the procurement is to contract a supplier of media stands for the New Deichmanske main library.
The media stands shall be a flexible and area efficient module system for storing, exhibiting and exposing various types of media. The media stands shall be easy to change from book shelves to exhibiting places or storage of, for example, LP records, CDs, DVDs etc. All shelves and tops shall have integrated LED lighting on the underside, which provides good lighting for the contents of the media stand. The media stand can be seen as a building set, where the actual framework shall consist of horizontal and vertical profiles that can be connected together with ‘coupling-hardware’. The framework created by this will be the basis for fixing the base, side and back plates. The modules must be able to be combined with different loose additional components that can be added to the basis as required.
The complete delivery is approx. 3 300 shelf metres.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Deichmanske library can need to supplement elements in the test period and first operational period after it has opened in 2020. We would therefore like the contract to include an option for supplementary elements. Further clarification of the options will be in the tender documentation.

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.
