Framework agreement, telephony products and maintenance agreements for a telephone exchange, etc
Brønnøysundregistrene
The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement for telephony products and maintenance agreement for the existing telephone exchange (Alcatel) and a call-centre system (Trio), in addition to Open Touch Multimedia Services subject to establishment.
The framework agreement shall have a duration of one year from 1.9.2017 with a unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to extend the agreement with 1+1+1 year.
The options will be automatically triggered, unless there is distinct notification of termination of the agreement, at the latest 1 month prior to the option period taking effect.

The procurement is divided into 2 subject areas:
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for 1 or both subject areas, specified below. Each subject area will be evaluated separately. I.e. different tenderers may be awarded the contract for subject area 1 and 2. This means that the same tenderer can be awarded contract for both subject areas. Tenderers wishing to submit tenders for subject area 2 must submit tenders for all 3 systems. I.e. maintenance agreements for the telephone exchange, a call-centre solution as well as Open Touch Multimedia Services.
