The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the deposit of NOARK archive databases and professional systems subject to preservation for the National Archives of Norway running on an Ungraded platform The framework agreement shall cover DSS and the ministries requirements for depositing archive databases and professional systems for the next two years. Option for 1 + 1 year extension. Maximum 4 years.
The contracting party is the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS), c/o the department for ICT (DSS:ICT). DSS:ICT shall primarily make call-offs against the agreement.
The agreement also includes the following activities in the ministries:
ASD, BLD, HOD, KLD, KMD, KUD, KD, LMD, NFD, OED, SD. The complete names of the ministries are stated in the tender documentation.

Shall have the option to use all or part of the contract at any time during the contract or released option period and on the same terms as for DSS.

Option for 2 years extension of the framework agreement, 1 year at a time. The maximum framework agreement period is 4 years.
