Kriminalomsorgsdirektoratet (the Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service)

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for a total delivery of telephony and mobile telephony (speech and data), with naturally related service that shall cover the Correctional Service's current and future requirements (the agreement period). The contracting authority requests a professional joint venture partner who are future oriented and ensure a stable operation with good and cost effective solutions during the entire contract period.
The Norwegian Correctional Service requests a professional and pro-active provider that can ensure:
— Good indoor and outdoor coverage;
— Necessary access and capacity for the Norwegian mobile network;
— A simple and cost efficient subscription structure;
— User friendly systems for the administration of mobile subscriptions;
— Favourable roaming agreements abroad.

The tenderer shall document that the enterprise is legally established. Company Registration Certificate.

Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations. Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:
— An account of the company's business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery.
— An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business activities.
— Description of how the service provider is organised for the execution of this contract.
— A concise description of the overall quality assurance system that the supplier will apply in carrying out this contract must be given.
The tenderer may choose to rely on other companies' capacity to meet the technical and professional qualification requirements.
Tenderers shall have good competence/relevant experience from similar contracts.
