The agreement subject to contracting shall be entered into between the contracting authority and 1 single legal person. The contracting authority has currently not completed the contractual terms defining the procurement, but without obligation, the agreement will be arranged as follows:— A framework agreement with a maximum contract period of 4 years, which i.a. defines the contractual terms for call-offs of supplies and consultancy services.— A maintenance agreement with a maximum contract period of 4 years, which i.a. states the further defined continuous maintenance services, including user support, error recoveries, and availability for patches and functional upgrading of software.The contract's total value, including the value of contracts founded under the framework agreement, as well as the value of the ongoing maintenance contract, is estimated, without any obligation, to be between 3 000 000 NOK and 4 000 000 NOK.3 000 0004 000 000
