Ruter As invites interested parties to apply for qualification for participation in a negotiated tender procedure for a case/archive system.The procured system shall give access to active and completed archives in Ruter As. The system should support mobile platforms such as tablets, smart phones, etc.The system shall cover the following main areas (some of these areas shall be included as options to the system):— Record keeping (public records)— Archiving incoming and outgoing documents.— Allocating incoming requests— Work-flow and templates— Case handling— Electronic approvals— Information applications— Administering meetings— Administrative archive assignmentsThe case/archive system must be integrable with the Microsoft Office package, including Outlook. The system shall also be integrable with various professional systems implemented in Ruter (e.g. Tender Management Tools, Contracting Tools, HR systems, etc.). Integrations beyond the integration with the Microsoft Office package are to be considered as options.The Qualification Documentation is only available in Norwegian.
