Sandefjord kommune (Sandefjord municipality)

The scope and purpose of the procurement:
The municipalities of Sandefjord, Andebu and Stokke have in application to the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development been granted their application to merge to a new municipality from 1.1.2017. The name of the municipality shall be Sandefjord and will hereafter be called the Customer.
In the 3 municipalities, there are currently 2 different case and archive systems being used and as part of the ongoing merging process it has been decided that the Customer shall go to procurement of a new case and archive system. The work with the procurement will be built on close cooperation between the responsible work group, professional procurement competence and ICT competence.

Tax and VAT certificates (statutory):
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT. Documentation requirement:
A certificate showing paid VAT, taxes and social security contributions is required. The certificate shall be issued by the competent authority in the country where the tenderer is established (the Norwegian certificate for tax and VAT is common and can be ordered from altinn.no former RF-1244) in accordance with the laws and regulations in the country of origin. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
