The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Region Mid-Norway ('the contracting authority') invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest regarding the procurement of seismic refraction surveys and 2D resistivity measurements in connection with the planning of a tunnel and suspension bridges for the project 'E39 The crossing of the Romsdal Fjord and Julsundet' situated in Molde, Midsund and Vestnes municipalities in Møre og Romsdal counties. As well as corresponding surveys for the project 'E39 The crossing of the Halsa Fjord' situated in Tingvoll and Halsa municipalities.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax certificates.
The company's tax affairs must be in order in relation to payment of tax and duties.
The tenderers shall enclose two certificates:
1. Certificate issued by the tax collector or chief municipal treasurer (tax, advance tax deduction, attachment of earnings and payroll tax).
2. Certificate from the tax office in the region concerned (VAT).
Norwegian companies: These certificates shall be as recent as possible and not older than six months from the tender deadline. Both certificates shall be designated RF-1244 and be determined by the Directorate of Taxes.
Foreign companies: In the case of foreign tenderers, certificates shall be presented which substantiate the fact that the tenderer has met the obligations in relation to the payment of tax and duties.
HSE self-declaration
The company shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
Tenderers shall enclose a completed and signed HSE self-declaration.

The self-declaration shall be signed by the general manager and a representative of the employees.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Annual accounts for the previous three fiscal years, including the board's annual reports, profit and loss accounting, balance sheets, notes and the auditor's report and/or
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by officially certified credit rating institution.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— A list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the past three years, including information about the value, time, as well as the name of the public or private recipients. The tenderer's organisation chart which shows the personnel in the various key positions.
