Telephony services to Norsk Tipping

Norsk Tipping AS

Presently, Norsk Tipping (NT) has an existing telephony system which is subject to maintenance. We have many communication functions, e-mail system, mobile telephony, landlines, etc.
With this procurement, NT requests a Service provider/joint venture partner who can take on an overall responsibility for the solution.
The main focus of this procurement is continuation and further development of the existing systems, as well as integration between systems and services.
The procurement is divided in two various service/product groups:
Operation and maintenance of the existing system:
— Operation and maintenance of a telephone exchange;
— Maintenance of switchboard and visitor registration system;
— Administration of subscriptions and services;
— Continuation/further development of complete mobile coverage in NT's building (3G/4G);
— Purchase of lines/traffic and subscription;
— Central Internet reception/SIP Trunk;
— Integration mobile telephony/landline;
— Purchase of relevant equipment;
— Order routines;
— SLA.
Options:
— A joint communication system;
— On work telephone number per employee;
— Future systems which can be linked to this agreement.
