Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderer shall have carried out a minimum of one project of equivalent size and complexity. The project can be carried out as a turnkey contract or general contract. The reference project is not required to be identical with the current project and can concern other types of construction than nursing homes.

Objektive utvelgelseskriterier:
From amongst the qualified applicants, a selection will be made for participants in the contest. In accordance with the regulations regarding public procurements § 17-6, a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 tenderers will be invited. Regardless, this is not an obstacle to inviting fewer tenderers in instances where there is not a sufficient number of applicants who fulfil the qualification requirements.

If there is a higher number of qualified applications than five, between five and eight will be chosen as participants from the following criteria:
— Tenderer's experience from relevant projects.
In the qualification documentation point 2.15.5, a minimum threshold to be considered qualified is stated. What experience and competence is desirable beyond the minimum requirements is written in blue text. It is emphasised that such desired experience and competence are not terms for participation in the contest, but will play a part in the assessment of which of the qualified applicants are chosen for participation in the contest.
