The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to give tender offers in a contest for negotiation with pre-qualification in connection to the implementation of works for extension of the runway at Ørland. The contest concerns a procurement above the EEA threshold determined in the Regulation on defence and security procurements (FOSA) § 2-2, and following the rules in this Regulations' part I and II. Project 150024 Runway extension comprises and extension of the existing runway and parallel runway, replacement of lighting systems on the main runway, moving of navigational system and brake cable system, establishing of response and operations roads, extending of the existing noise berm, establishment of surface water network and supplying of electrical power. The contract will mainly consist of: — ground work; — laying of asphalt runway surface, parallel runway and spaces; — concrete work runway surface, parallel runway and spaces; — delivery and laying of surface water pipes; — establishment of operational and response roads; — moving of perimeter security.
