The project mainly comprises renovation and surface treatment of concrete constructions, renovation and surface treatment of steel constructions, maintenance of existing outer railings and street light masts, the assembly of new middle railings, replacement of portal beams and the establishment of access ramp gallows, replacement of lighting, electrical installations, noise reduction screens, climbing screens and joints, removal of pavement and establishment of a 1-sided foot/cycle path, renovation of water and sewage, removal of asphalt and laying a membrane and a new wearing course.
The following is also a part of the contract, but the builder shall have an option to cancel this work, if the project does not have enough money:
— effect lighting,
— surface treatment of all steel constructions,
— replacement of outer railings/street light masts, instead of maintenance on the existing.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
All Norwegian tenderers shall enclose a tax certificate and VAT certificate in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations Section 8-7/Section 17-14. Equivalently, all foreign tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall enclose a VAT certificate and tax certificate. The Public Procurement Regulations Section 8-7/Section 17-14 also apply. If a tenderer's home country does not issue such certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration from a legal or administrative authority in the home country or the country of residence. The organisation of the contract's execution is required to be sufficiently staffed and the tenderer is required to have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances during the contract.

Tenderers shall enclose an HSE self-declaration in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations Section 8-8/Section 17-15, cf. Section 3-4.
The self-declaration shall be in Norwegian. A form for the HSE self-declaration is included in the tender documentation that refers to the Public Procurement Regulations, Annex 2 and the declaration shall be enclosed with the tender in accordance with Chapter E2 in the tender documentation.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Documentation of equity is to be submitted the tender. Cf. Chapter E2, Point 4.3.1), form E2-4.3.1. Documentation of any significant changes to the tenderer's equity and solvency compared to the last accounts audit must accompany the tender.
Documentation of turnover for the last 3 years should be submitted the tender. cf. Chapter E2, Point 4.4.1), form E2-4.4.1.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers are required to have positive equity.
The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Expertise and experience must be documented. cf. Chapter E2, Point 4.4.2), form E2-4.4.2.
The following shall be enclosed:
— CV and attestations for the site manager,
— CV and proof of competence UPK3 and RPK3 for the person in charge of the concrete work,
— CV and course certificate 2 for the person in charge of work notifications,
— CV and FROSIO inspector certificate class III, i.e. red certificate.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be engaged in this assignment.
‘Site manager’ means the person who shall daily inspect the work at the site. The site manager shall have relevant engineering education or documented knowledge of statics and bridge operation and a minimum of 7 years experience from the execution of similar work of the same complexity.

The responsible professional shall have competence and experience from relevant maintenance and repair methods for bridges and bridge equipment in steel and concrete, such as concrete renovation, steel work/assembly and riveting, railing work and work notification.

The inspection, control and certification of pre-treatment and surface treatment of steel shall be carried out by personnel in accordance with NS476, FROSIO inspector. The FROSIO inspector shall be stationed permanently at the work site when the work is being carried out.
