The Agency for Real Estate and Urban Renewal (EBY) wishes to engage consultants for pollution technical assistance in connection with the agency's work with pollution and ground conditions. The consultant shall provide pollution technical assistance to EBY in the daily production, including pollution clean-up on the municipality's areas, as well as professional assistance in connection with post-operations of discontinued waste disposal sites.

Tenderers will be required to have sufficient financial ability to implement the assignment/contract. Choose between: The company's last annual accounts, including the auditors report and the board's annual report as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.

Or:

Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating institution.

The contracting authority reserves the right to, at any time, collect updated rating that is publicly available.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Good implementation ability, very good professional qualifications and very good experience from corresponding assignments, are required Description of the company: The company's competence profile, the competence that the company can offer, with particular emphasis on the professional disciplines that are requested in this contract, history and the current activity.

Due to this qualification requirement, individual CVs are not requested.

Description of the company's previous implemented assignments/deliveries, executed after 1.1.2010. These assignments/deliveries must be of professional relevance to this contract. The reference assignments/deliveries must include values, dates and recipients.

The tenderer shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system adapted to the contract's content. A certificate of the company's quality assurance system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002.

The Contracting Authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum, a general description of the contents of the system including an overview of control plans and check-lists, that are relevant for this contract must be given.

The tenderer shall have an established environmental management system. A copy of the contracting authority's environmental certification or equivalent documentation of the contracting authority's environmental management system.
