The contract is for flood protection for a river stretch of approx. 600 m and the establishment of a new river promenade of approx. 450 m with the accompanying open spaces. In addition preparation for a future river promenade of 500 m.Flood protection:The flood protection work includes raising the river banks to a level that is secure from flooding. This will partly be done by raising the terrain and partly be establishing supporting walls. River slopes shall be secured from erosion. This will partly be done by establishing new pitching and partly by uncovering and — to the degree necessary — repairing/supplementing the existing pitching/stone filling. In addition some sills are to be established in the river. The bottom shall be lowered in the area around the railway bridge by casting a concrete slab under the bridge. The concrete slab shall be plastered at the bottom both upstream and downstream. The work also includes some habitat measures for fish.C. drawing B21-002.The main amounts are as follows:— Demolition of concrete constructions 230 tons.— Clearing fields approx. 10 000 m2.— Uncovering/excavating approx. 12 000 m3.— New erosion protection: 5 000 m3.— New filter layer: 2 800 m3.— Supplement of old erosion protection to the degree required appprox. 500 m2.— Bottom plastering approx. 900 m3.— Four bottom thresholds approx. 1 050 m3.— Extension flood mounds: 2 700 m3.— Concrete/lean concrete approx. 360 m3.The river promenade:A promenade shall be established with open spaces, asphalt and lighting down to the area by the old road pub. In addition the remaining area shall be prepared for a future promenade along the river. This involves the development of a base course/gravel cover. A land abutment shall be cast for a new footbridge and some other concrete constructions shall be made. There will also be some demolition work, mainly of concrete constructions. The work also includes administration of a joint contract for the delivery and assembly of a new wooden bridge with a span of approx. 30 m.The main amounts are as follows:— Concrete/lean concrete: Approx. 70 m3.— Excavation: Approx. 3 000 m3.— Filling: Approx. 700 m2.— Reinforcement layer: Approx. 4 600 m2.— Base course: Approx. 6 900 m2.— Asphalt: Approx. 1 950 m2.— Gravel cover: Approx. 4 500 m2.— Kerbstones: Approx. 440 lm.— Slabs and paving stones: Approx. 200 m2.— Fences and railings: Approx. 510 lm.— Revegetation: 1 700 m2.— Bushes, planting and grass: 1 400 m2.— Lighting roads and open spaces: Total approx. 430 lm.— Lighting in stairs, on the bridge etc.— Administration of E3.

— A tender inspection survey/conference will take place Tuesday 1.12.2015, meet at Ringsaker municipality, Furnesvegen 28, 2380 Brumunddal at 10:00. — The contract is subject to final approval in the municipal council for the necessary financing for the project. — Work is not allowed in the river in the period 1 September to 15 October due to the spawning period for trout. Work in the river is defined as work that breaks the water reflection. See chapter A3-10.

Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
Guarantees shall be furnished by a bank, insurance company or other financial institutions, approved by the builder. Accepted security includes the guarantee amount placed in escrow for the benefit of the builder. Interest accrues to the contractor.

Andre særlige vilkår:
— Special provisions for work in and by the Norwegian Railway Administration's infrastructure.
Work shall be carried out under the railway bridge. Cf. the detailed provisions in the chapter on amounts 002 Joint — Barracks and operations.
— Work shall partly be carried out in the river. Precautions shall be taken to avoid spreading unwanted species and hazardous substances, both when moving water or soil and when using equipment or matter that can have been in contact with unwanted species and hazardous substances.
