The contract includes excavation of the surface (approx. 11 000 m³ uncompacted matter) and transportation (approx. 2 km) to a landfill site, blasting rock (approx. 82 000 solid m³), as well as transportation and a filling in jetties in the sea (including a filter layer and pitching) from contour -4 m to contour +3.4 m (approx. 41 000 m³ of filling matter), including an option for a filling in the sea with barges from the seabed to approx. contour -4 m (approx. 76 000 m³ of filling matter). Furthermore, the contract includes rough levelling of area K3 and the plot on I3 (approx. 19 000 m²) as well as the establishment of a protection wall (concrete) along the sea with a guard rail, concrete foundations for 2 light masts as well as fences and gates etc.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Requirement to submit a tax certificate for VAT (National requirement).

(3) Filled in and signed HSE declaration in accordance with the public procurement regulations.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The public annual accounts for the last 3 accounting years.

(2) If a tenderer is of the opinion that these do not provide a correct picture of the tenderer's economic capacity, this can be accounted for separately.

(3) Tenderers who plan to use sub contractors, that individually make up more than 10 % of the tender sum, shall enclose equivalent documentation from the relevant companies.

(4) The contracting authority can obtain further documentation and assessments on the company's financial situation and use this when assessing the qualifications.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have good financial solidity documented by the presentation of the annual accounts.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Central certification or other documentation that substantiates that local certification will be achieved for the relevant work.

(2) Manpower for this assignment (organisation chart) with names and CVs for the key personnel involved in the assignment.

(3) List of relevant assignments carried out in the last 5 years together with attestations in accordance with the procurement regulations of satisfactory execution of the most relevant work.

(4) An account of the company's workforce and the machines available for the assignment.

(5) An account of the company's quality assurance/management system.

(6) An account of the company's environmental management system.

Tenderers shall have a good ability to fulfil the contract, documented by the presentation of a reference list for the last 5 years.
