The furnace gas cleaning system at BIR AS' line 1 has been in operation in 16 years and parts of the system shall be renovated and replaced due to wear and corrosion.
The modifications on the WTE line BIR 1 that shall be implemented in this tender are:
— A new connection to the flue duct upstream of the fabric filter;
— A new injection system for adsorbent and recycled flue dust upstream the fabric filter;
— A new fabric filter;
— A new system for transportation of flue dust and used sorbent to the existing ash silo;
— A new connection to the flue duct which upstream of the fabric filter;
— Electrical installations;
— Transmission of signals to the supervisory DCS (Distributed Control Systems).

Tax certificate/VAT. This certificate must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.

Verified annual accounts for the fiscal years 2014 and 2013.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A description of the tenderer's organisation for the disciplines included in this contract.

A statement of the tenderer's ability and possibility to implement the assignment within the stated time period.

Information of references from minimum 3 projects within the previous 10 years, of corresponding nature and scope for both:

— Waste to energy (Key projects);

— Fabric filters (Key projects);

The information shall include:

— Technical information;

— The financial frame of the projects;

— Time schedule;

— The customers' contact information (e-mail addresses, telephone nos.);

Documentation showing the Tenderer's quality control system.

Signed HSE declaration. The declaration must not be older than 12 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:

Based on a payment schedule, the tenderer shall have a bank guarantee for the first payment, face value 30 % of the contract value, and a bank guarantee for the second payment, face value 10 % of the contract value. This amounts to 40 % of the total costs. This bank guarantee must be valid up until point 3 in the payment schedule, when the fabric filter has been lifted in.

The guarantee for operation shall be established at a later date in the contract signing process, and it shall be valid until the guarantee period expires. The security for operations shall cover 15 % of the contract value for up to 2 years after the handover. After 2 years the guarantee shall be reduced to 5 % and it shall be valid during the entire prolonged guarantee period which is up to 5 years subsequent to the handover.
