The Directorate of Health intends this procurement to establish a cost-effective and good use of telephony solutions for the Directorate's collective activities.
The Customer's telephony is characterised by many actors and a low degree of coordination and coordination. Some players have good contracts, each of which can be seen as the best possible solution, while the units as a whole do not necessarily have the most cost-effective solution. The Customer wants to better consolidate and coordinate its telephony solution.
Telephony is a channel for customer care that will become more integrated with other channels such as Intranet, e-mail, case management tools, etc. in the future.
The 'Work Smarter' priority area within the Directorate of Health has a five-year perspective and focuses on how the working day can be made more efficient and more flexible. The trend is to go increasingly away from fixed office space and office phones, making flexibility is important.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
4.1 Patient and User Ombudsmen.
POBO currently has different numbers for each office and various telephony systems; some have their own telephone exchanges while others sit on the municipal/county exchanges etc. It is desirable over time to consolidate these into a common solution located at the Customer. Based on the description of the current organization of POBO telephony systems, the Customer wants POBO to be able to join the agreement individually and as an option.

4.2 Knowledge Centre.
The Norwegian Knowledge Centre of the Health Services (Knowledge Centre) is a government institution that summarises research on health, measures the quality of health care and assists in developing and improving the quality of health care. The Knowledge Centre shall have the opportunity to join this agreement as an option.

4.3 Tablet computers.
Purchase of tablets is to be included as an option in the agreement. The Customer is working on a future strategy in this area, and today there is no support for tablets in the Customer's organization.
