A new framework agreement shall be signed with a service provider who shall provide telephony traffic (landline and mobile), as well as mobile broad band.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
1. Additional packages for larger data need:
Active users: minimum 15 GB
Large users: minimum 30 GB
The additional package shall be connected to the user's ordinary mobile subscription (mobile number).
2. Follow up/reporting of employees' tax conditions
If a tenderer can offer a system for the contracting authority's follow up of tax conditions and overview/management/reporting of this, it shall be described.
3. Forwarding town lines, carried out by the contracting authority itself.
We would like individual contracting authorities to be able to forward (redirect) one or several town lines (external numbers) themselves.
Describe the procedure for how this is done.

Documentation showing that the supplier is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise register as prescribed by the law of the state where the supplier is established, for example The Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Excerpt from the company's annual accounts for 2013 and the auditors report. If this has not been not completed, enclose the company's financial statements for 2012 and the auditor's report.
Companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for excerpt of annual accounts, may alternatively submit the business plan with the overall plan for funding.
During assessment of the supplier's financial and economical standing, the Contracting Authority collect information from Dun & Bradstreet Norway AS via StartBank. For this delivery a company rating in D&B of A-credit worthy, ‘Satisfactory’ credit profile for economy and payment history of ‘Acceptable’ may be sufficient.

The service provider shall attach a list of the most important relevant contracts during the last 3 years, hereunder information on the value, time and contracting authority.
