Demolition works of old odour removal system and minor works in the existing sludge treatment building. Excavation including blasting/chipping of mountain for tank and basement in the intermediate building. Construction of ditches and plumbing works for drains and waste-water discharge to existing facilities on the property. Concrete works include foundations, basement walls, sliding silo walls, cover over the basement and 1st and 2nd floors (the last is the roof), stairs and landings.Outer wall of the intermediate building is erected in optional cast on site concrete or self-insulated concrete elements or applied with insulation and veneered with polished brick or other masonry block wall. Roof over intermediate building, cast in place cover with insulation and roofing. Silo has stud walls with insulation, air sealing, lathing, cladding and fittings. Windows and doors in lacquered aluminium. Railings, stairs, ramps, , trapper, ramps, hatches and crane ways in steel. Painting of outer walls, internal walls, ceilings and floors of concrete.
