Contract V1 consists of all heating and sanitary installations including bottom pipelines for the rotten tank and middle building.
Short description of the rotten tank and middle building. Tank 3 500 m³, radius approx. 8 m inside tank, tank height approx. 20 m. Middle building with two floors plus a basement, ground area basement approx. 190 m², first floor and a second floor each of 230 m².
Main contract including demolition, ground, concrete, joinery, roofing, steel, painting, aluminium and gate contracts.

The delivery consists of the following installation parts:— Heating installations with pipes, values, regulation equipment and pumps— Sanitary equipment— Flushing posts— Hot water system for flushing sludge grates— Pressurised air network— Floor gutters and floor drains with the accompanying bottom pipelines— Roof drainage— Instrumentation— Drainage— Drainage from charcoal filtersThe automation will be in a separate contract, but the field instrumentation is in this contract.The building heating will be obtained from the energy network and distributed via a low temperature distribution network.There shall be pressurised air for air for tools at all posts for flushing so that these make up service points for the installation, as well as air controlled valves.The sludge grates, which are to be placed on the second floor, shall have a separate hot water tapping system with an accumulator that allows simultaneous tapping for a minimum of 15 minutes. Treated sewage water is used in this system, which is obtained from the process water system included in M1.The waste water from sinks, floor gutters and floor drains in the new middle building, drainage water and waste from charcoal filters will be led to a new drainage pump station in the basement of the middle building. From this the waste is pumped to the intake at the treatment plant via a pressurised pipeline from an equivalent pump station in an existing middle building.Pumps and pipes on the pressure side are not included in this contract, but are in M1.The rood drain is led in a separate system to the existing waste system for roof drainage from the existing biogas plant.In the concrete plate outside the container unloading on the first floor, a snow melting system is to be installed that willensure that the plate is kept snow and ice free though-out the cold season.In addition the contract includes the following services:— Delivery of documentation for the engineering design services for the building and electro-technical installations.— Delivery MOM documentation (management, operation, maintenance).
