The acquisition of a geodata system for the Geodata collaboration in Follo

Ski Kommune

The municipality of Ski shall acquire a joint system for the management, distribution and access into geodata for the Geodata collaboration in Follo.
The acquisition will be conducted and managed by the municipality of Ski and a new solution shall be operated by the municipality of Ski.
The acquisition shall include the acquisition of software, implementation, training and support / maintenance. It an aim that an eventual new solution shall be in operation within March 1st 2014.
The Awarding Authority shall have a solution that primarily covers the following needs:
— A joint database solution for seven municipalities.
— Daily tasks in connection with the management of geodata, such as data collection, surveying, map editing, land planning works, land register guidance, map analysis and thematic map production.
— Access to the municipality's geodata, including land registering and planning registering shall only be made by officers via the intranet and by the public on the internet and on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
— There should be a good data flow at all levels without the use of extensive conversions
— Integration with cases / archive.
— The geodata shall be synchronized automatically with the Norwegian Mapping Authority under the new standard for geo synchronization.
