it is possible for the Awarding Authority to release an option for an additional 1 year. Additional possible options are shown in the tender documents.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Company registration certificate or equivalent documentation from the applicant's home country.

Foreign suppliers should preferably provide equivalent certificates in Norwegian. Documentation in English, Swedish or Danish will be accepted.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Suppliers are required to have financial stability which means: the supplier shall be creditworthy, have adequate liquidity and have a low risk of bankruptcy.

If the supplier has valid reasons for not being able to submit the documentation as the Awarding Authority requests, the supplier may prove economic and financial standing by any other documentation which the supplier shall submit written contact with the Awarding Authority, in advance of the tender deadline, to clear which other type of documentation which will be accepted.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

A credit rating from a financial institution approved by The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, for example Dun & Bradstreet, Lindorff or Experian. The credit rating shall be based on the last known financial figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved over the past two years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below). There shall be attached with the bid a list of references for the company's five most important contracts within the last 3 years, included with the value, relevance, date and client. References will be controlled as required. The references shall be documented on the attached form. Bidders shall be registered in the registry, refer to the following: http://www.npt.no/marked/ekomtjenester/statistikk/liste-over-registrerte-tilbydere

Experience from similar or relevant projects / deliveries of the same scope, nature and complexity is required. It is required that the bidder is registered on the Norwegian post and telecommunications Authority list of registered providers of ecom networks and services.
