The year's screnning programme comprises 2 different sub projects:
1. Screening organic peroxides and new bisphenoles.
2. Screening UV chemicals and selected PBT substances.
Tenderers can give a tender for one or both projects. Attention is drawn to the fact that the notice also includes 3 options.
The aim of project 1 is to examine organic peroxides and new bisphenoles in the Norwegian environment. We need knowledge of whether these substances are being emitted to the environment and whether the levels in the environment mean that these substancse are already a problem, or whether the current use can lead to an environment problem in the future.
The aim of project 2 is to examine the occurance of a number of UV chemicals and selected PBT substanes in the Norwegian environment. We need knowledge of whether these substances are being emitted to the environment and whether levels in the environment mean that these substances are already a problem, or whether the current use can lead to an environment problem in the future.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Project 1 - screening organic peroxides and new bisphenoles.
- Option 1 - reporting organic peroxides and new bisphones.
- Option 2 – screening fluorised cyclical siloxanes.
Project 2 – screening UV chemicals and selected PBT substances.
- Option 3 – reporting UV chemicals and possible PBT substances.
The deadline for the final report for options 1 and 3 will be spring 2013, the deadline for the data report for option 1 will be 1.12.2013.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating instituion.
If sub suppliers are used:
Tenderers shall enclose a binding statement stating that one has the necessary right to use the sub suppliers' capacity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(3) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
(4) Other documentation required (please state below).
A short and general description of the company shall be given. This is to include an account of the company's business idea and core activities related to the contract, an overview of the company's history and a descripton of the current company.
- An account of the service provider's environment profile or relevant certificates.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
- Short description of the tenderer's quality assurance system. The description must include the methods/standards that the system is built on and which quality assurance certificates the company has. Max. one A4 page.
- Accreditations issued by Norsk Akkreditering or another national accreditation body that has signed the multilateral contracts with European Accreditation (EA) and/or International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) for accreditation of laboratories in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
