Background for the contract - manager training for managers:
In Meld.St. 24 The Future Nursery, it states that manager training for managers can be continued. The manager training is also discussed in the strategy document, Competence for the Future Nursery (Ministry of Education and Research): Strategy for competence and recruitment 2014-2020.
The manager training for managers has, until now, been a trial project, carried out in the period 2011-2014. In this period the training has been evaluated, an interim report was submitted to the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training spring 2013. The interim report stated that the manager training was well received in the nursery sector, and has had a lot of relevance for managers who have participated in the study (Oxford Research, 2013).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

Tenderers must have experience from equivalent contracts, especially within contracts to public authorities and/or the education sector in the last three years.

The training is to occur in cooperation with at least two institutions that can compliment each other. This must also include an environment outside the nursery teacher institutions. It can also include foundations, private consultancy environments or other competence environments. But there must be a responsible tenderer, that must be a universituy or university college.
